Hopefully the title update that they mention will include the PvE title grinding titles becoming accounts based, rather than char based.

Given the Hints that John Stumme it seams that this most likely will be happening this week, given that he said

i'm not looking forward to them changing PvE titles to being account wide... i also would hate it if you were able to get the survivor title after dieing, that would just kinda kill the meaning of it.....

more changes coming in the near future..... but it looks grim, like GW isn't broken already

He never specifically says what title are being changed, the only one that we can tell is survivor and we have no idea how its going to work. So i mean i think John is doing stuff to keep a dieing game from dieing more. Well find out most likely this week what happens.

I'm guessing that the other changes will be to make drunken/party animal/sweet tooth account wide. Can't see what other changes are really 'helpful' for the game, unless its just further boosting the rate at which you earn the PvE skill-linked ones.

I don't really see how it would kill the meaning of it. If you take it literal, then yes it kills the meaning. However, under the assumption that you would need to get the 1,337,500 exp without dying after the change, it would not be all that much easier for most people to get the title. Most players who go for the title likely use tomes to get a good build and get run to locations with max armor. Other than being a lower level for a little while, there is no difference between the current and possible change in terms of difficulty.
